1. About these terms

By downloading or using the Mumtaz app (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Mumtaz is

Mumtaz is an independent study tool that provides practice questions, explanations, and mock exams to help you prepare for Gulf nursing licensing examinations. It is not an official exam and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SCFHS, DHA, DOH, MOHAP, DHP, OMSB, Prometric, or any licensing authority.

3. No guarantee of results

We work hard on accuracy, and our content is reviewed by licensed nurses. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that using the app will result in passing any exam, and we do not guarantee that every question or explanation is free of error. Exam formats and requirements change; always confirm current details with the official licensing authority. The app is provided for study purposes and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment or official guidance.

4. Purchases, unlocks and subscriptions

Some features require a one-time purchase or a subscription, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store you purchased from.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the app for your own exam preparation. You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer the question bank or other content, or use the app in any unlawful way.

6. Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, design, and other content in the app are owned by Mumtaz or its licensors and are protected by law.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
